Forage /ˈfôrij,ˈfärij/ – to search widely for food or provisions.
Bringing the art + love of Charcuterie design to people who want to learn, have fun, entertain, and bring joy to their every day lives.
My love of Charcuterie Design started a few years ago when I started creating boards for holidays and low key family dinners. That quickly grew into an art form, that I long to share with others. Combining my love for food and flavors with the art of design and visual appeal.
My classes combine my love of food, my desire to create community, and a sincere joy of sharing this art with you!

Designed For Joy is a transitional work experience for women coming from trafficking, homelessness, time in prison, overcoming addiction or other vulnerable situations. We provide living wage work hours while building confidence and refreshing resumes. We are launching equipped women into the marketplace.
