Charcuterie Design Class at The Sassy Cow

During this in person Charcuterie Design class, Kelly of Fig + Forage will provide all of the supplies you need to craft your very own Charcuterie Board. You can either take the board home or eat it there! Including a shopping list for future boards, tips and tricks, board placement, wine pairing ideas, and more!

Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of your choice to the event.

You can either take your charcuterie plate you make to-go or eat it there.

You will have an option to purchase a wood charcuterie board from The Sassy Cow at the event as well!

Q: I have some a friend/significant other who want to do this with me! Can we build one plate and share a ticket? 
A: Each person will need to purchase a ticket who wants to attend the class.

Q: I want to make a vegan/vegetarian board, what should I do? 
A: At this time we are not able to provide separate supplies during a class for a vegan board, a vegetarian board will be possible though!
